Sailing in the 2009 Australian Youth Olympic Festival
Yachting Australia has accepted an invitation from the Australian Olympic Committee (AOC) for sailing to once again be included as an event in the 2009 Australian Youth Olympic Festival (AYOF). The AYOF will be held in Sydney from 14-18 January 2009.

Australian Sailing Team Triumphs to win Prestigious AIS ďProgram of the Year' and 'Team of the Year' Accolades
At a ceremony in Canberra today, the Australian Sports Commission (ASC) recognised the Australian Sailing Team program as AIS Program of the Year. They also awarded AIS scholarship holders Nathan Wilmot and Malcolm Page (470ís) as AIS Team of the Year.
