Club information WOW What a great club!! The club was established in the late 1950's by a group of sailors who originally met on the Deviot Beach a few hundred metres south of current clubhouse. Deviot has the largest mirror and sabre fleets in north Tas. The club has steadily grown stronger over the last few years, and we have extended the clubhouse 4 times to accommodate membership numbers. Take advantage of the great conditions, easy beach access, plenty of rigging area. HOT showers. Great Canteen.. with hot pies, salad rolls, etc WOW. What are you waiting for? Memberships still available at reasonable rates. Go to and see for yourself.
Other information Deviot Sailing Club is the best dinghy sailing club in the north of Tas. A friendly club consisting of many family memberships, as well as 52 active Senior Junior and Outport Memberships. Deviot has the largest fleet of mirrors and sabres than any other northern sailing club. We also have a large Open Class division consisting of B14's, Skates, Cats, 145, 125 and a couple of Keel boats as well. View the race in comfort, from our clubhouse windows. Super beach, launching and rigging facilities... Just say the words 'Deviot For Dinghies'!
