Activity Days Regular 09:00 Sundays from late October to May, feature events on occasional Saturdays.
Club Activities PAYC conducts sail training or series races most Sundays between mid October & May. Speciality races such as around Sunday Island & Port Welshpool-Port Albert may be held Saturday. An active social season continues all year.
Open times Club is open 09:00 to approx 16:00 race & social days. For access to facilities by cruising yacht crews, contact caretaker.
Club information A yacht/boating club of some type has been in existence here since early settlement but the Yacht Club was founded in 1896 & constituted in its present form in 1963.
Other information Port Albert is the picturesque historic port from which East Gippsland was settled. It boasts a Maritime Museum & several original buildings. Regattas held since 1858. Part of Nooramunga Coastal Park, it boasts a large sheltered area of islands & inlets.
